What is being checked
Catalogue information is not the same as current availability
A property page can describe a reviewed layout and amenities. Your dates, the applicable rooms, current price, rules and commercial terms still require a current response and written proposal.

Approved identity, area, relevant room configuration and the facts that answer your priorities.
The price basis
Currency, nightly or stay basis, included rooms and services, exclusions and proposal validity.

If the first choice is unavailable
The useful next step may be comparable homes, different dates, a different area or a transparent no-match response. CubaLuxe should preserve the original priorities rather than substitute an unrelated property.

How quickly will CubaLuxe reply?
Response timing depends on the request and the current property or provider checks required. The acknowledgement should explain the current expectation without promising an unsupported fixed deadline.
Does a property page show live availability?
Not unless it is explicitly connected to a documented live source. CubaLuxe uses a request process and confirms current status for the dates before presenting it as available.
What should a price include?
The written proposal should state the currency, rate basis, included rooms and services, exclusions, validity, deposit and balance terms.
Who receives payment?
The responsible recipient and payment instructions must be identified in the current written terms before any transfer. They should not be assumed from a general website statement.
Is there one cancellation policy for every villa?
No universal policy is promised here. The applicable cancellation and change terms must be confirmed for the property, provider and proposal.
Can visitors, dinners or celebrations be added later?
They remain subject to property-specific approval. Share the expected use early and request written confirmation before relying on it.
What happens if dates or guest numbers change?
Ask for a revised check. A change may affect availability, price, suitable layout and house rules, so the earlier proposal should not be treated as automatically valid.
Can optional services be arranged after the villa is selected?
Services can be requested, subject to the property, provider and current availability. Their scope and price are confirmed separately unless the property proposal states they are included.
